Running into a similar issue, but I wasn't working on any graphic changes... was cooking in Rogue Den, got DC'd out of no where and then got the same error on Bear. I logged into Bear Cub and was seeing Bear still online. Didn't see him in Rogue Den, figured maybe he got ported to Lummby from an NPC...

Possible to add a last star location listed on the Wiki > Shooting Stars page?

I would also say Sunday.

As for the times, either:
22:00 UTC, 17:00 US East, 14:00 US West, 06:00 AUS West, 08:00 AUS East
23:00 UTC, 18:00 US East, 15:00 US West, 07:00 AUS West, 09:00 AUS East.
