What did you do?
Following daily reset, entered POH (nothing was built in it) bult a workshop to the west, built a workbench with steel frame. Tried to upgrade it but "nothing happened". I was then stuck in the house, could not leave and exit the portal. I logged out.
What happened?
Upon attempting to log in, the launcher would crash, attempted to log in on mobile, never got past the "loading please wait" forced to close the app.
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
Expected to be logged in outside of the POH portal in Taverly.

Please home teleport instead of just closing the client, if possible.
As for getting back ingame, you need to log in using the legacy client, because you're now trying to log into an area with no map data. If you do not currently have access to the legacy client, let us know and we'll manually edit your save to put you somewhere safe.
