Step 1: go to worldprops edit default config default xp rate = desired rate save file
Step 2: start server create character finish tutorial logout and close server (can be skipped if using a current player save)
Step 3: go to player save located in game data players ctrl f 'exp' change exp_multiplier= desired rate save file
Step 4: start server and enjoy your new exp rate
