How to Play on MacOS

Some users were having trouble after downloading the Mac client from https://2009scape.org/site/game_guide/play.html

Running 2009scape-launcher says "[2009scape] cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer"

Instead of double-clicking the 2009scape file to open it, do this:

1. Right Click -> Open on the 2009scape file
2. Profit

My file is called macOS_x64__self-contained.zip

Double-click the zip in Finder to extract it, and then right-click -> Run the 2009scape-osc-sc.app inside

Is it safe?

Yes! Not only is the code fully open source, it's also directly built by Gitlab. The code has been reviewed by vvdCore, ceikry, bushtail, and myself (Red Bracket).
