summoned a "compost mound" and tried to use his ability on an empty compost bin to fill it
What happened?
game told me it can only be used on an empty compost bin
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
a full compost bin with either compost or super compost (10%chance)
Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)
item ID of the pouch: 12091
item ID of the scroll: 12440
(used the "item_configs.json" file from the SP version in case that matters)
