this game seems slightly broken since when you begin playing when you try to spawn a charachter in nothing happens and your money becomes NaN.

Thanks for the report, I've fixed it now. Heh it's been years since I played a browser Flash-like game :p Fired up Age of War last night, read the instructions, got the gist, built some turrets and advanced to the end, and won!
