How to i run tools from guthub item definition editor there in no exe no jar nothing

The GitHub repos in general are outdated. Check out the Gitlab repo for updated tools: https://gitlab.com/2009scape/tools
The item definition editor doesn't have a compiled version - it's pure Java source code. You'll need to open it in an IDE like IntelliJ Community Edition to get it to run
