Cockroach drone drop table

What did you do?
I killed a Lvl 8 Cockroach Drone between Edgeville and Barbarian Village.


What happened?
It unexpectedly dropped a limpwurt root. I was curious to see if they'd drop it again and it dropped an uncut sapphire.
After that I decided to kill a few more and I got 42 Rune Arrows, and I got more limpwurt roots and an uncut diamond also crimson charm and different kind of runes.
I'm sure they also dropped a cut sapphire and different kinds of higher level herbs.

What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
Nothing much since they are level 8

Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)

Have you reproduced it on the test server? If so, what are the steps?
I have not. I stopped killing them after a few.

Looks like it should drop rune javelins instead of arrows but otherwise is legit.

There’s a lot of arguing on the wiki page history about how broken the drops are
