Add Doctors' gown to cupboard in West Ardougne

Could someone help me add the cutest top in all of 2009scape?
I found SearchOptionPlugin.java but don't know where would be the most appropriate location to call this function.

It is a quest item used in Biohazard and A Tail of Two Cats. It is found in the box in Nurse Sarah's house, south-west of the west Ardougne church.

What I also wanted was advice on a suitable directory to write this listener in. Does the one below look alright?

the biohazard listeners file is fine, since the item is related to that quest.
