The 'Black Dragonhide Coif' is an item obtained via the FOG (Fists of Guthix) reward shop.
The item required 70 Ranged and 40 Defence to wear.
Currently, it requires 70 Ranged and 70 Defence to wear.
This is a huge inconvenience for Ironmen such as myself, as it is fairly costly (500k coins) worth of FOG tokens.

I was also told by another player that the stats weren't any better than a normal coif as of right now (but should be), but I have not looked into that myself.
