4: Feldip Hills, by Rantz [Fairy Ring A-K-S, then go East]
5: McGrubor's Wood [Fairy Ring A-L-S, then go West / Camelot Teleport, then go West]
6: Wizard's Tower, south of the tower [Fairy Ring D-I-S / Amulet of Glory -> Draynor Village, then go South]
7: North of Observatory, south of ZMI Altar [Spirit Tree to Khazard Battlefield, then go Southwest / Ring of Duelling to Castle Wars, then go North]
8: Al Kharid, by the Plateskirts Shop [Amulet of Glory -> Al Kharid, then go Northeast / Ring of Duelling -> Al Kharid, then go South]
