Random Events Inside of Banks

Random Events Inside of Banks

Hey guys, I hope you are well.

I feel it's been the case historically that random events shouldn't spawn if you're bank standing. But I've surely seen them on our server. I'm not sure if this functionality is entirely lacking, or just some locations are missed. If it helps, I was in Fally West bank and had the genie hit me up.

The random will be delayed if you have the bank interface open, which is the only qualifier.
