What did you do?
Tried to make steel darts with Stripy Feathers.
What happened?
I went to combine stripy feathers and steel dart tips and got the message “Nothing interesting happens.”
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)

I expected it to be used like a regular feather.
Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)
Item ID is 10087 for Stripy Feather.
Item ID is 827 for Steel Dart Tip.
