As title states, history wiki 2009 page has a defined alchemy value of 3,900/2,000 high/low.
Edit: Likewise with Freminnik sword/shield which share an alchemy value of 3k/2k high/low.

Alchemy has a couple issues we've been working on for a while
Ceikry and I have patched issues regarding to inconsistent pricing - with alch pricing now derived from item values in the game cache, and this is slated for next update.
I think this is related to one of the remaining issues where non-tradable items cannot be alched https://gitlab.com/2009scape/2009scape/-/issues/756
