One of the concerns I had when setting up the categories is overseparation, leading to not much going on in each individual section.

I get what you mean about overseparation, and unused forms should certainly be culled. That said, I don't feel like the current forums are broad enough to keep up conversation

If you check in Off-topic, it's already been used for that, so I would say that's where it should stay.

Nah you didn't understand what I was talking about. R-S isn't short for RuneScape. That would be RS.
