When will the Saradomin Launcher be available through the main website?

Saradomin Launcher is really fantastic. Bundling Java is a huge win for users, the .exe format allows Windows users to double-click, and the settings page is super comprehensive.
When will it be available to download for non-power users through the website? (What work is remaining)?

i have been working on the download page for a week
every freakin night something critical comes up that needs priority
so... soon (now that the issues have been resolved)
btw i don't think it bundles jre - singleplayer does tho
