RS Singleplayer Help

Helo
I deleted my old rs signleplayer version to update to the new one
However I forgot how to turn on the developer console which appears at the top next to the word jagex
The console log does not allow me admin rights
Please help because I like walking around varrock with full bandos and the numbers are too difficult for me to write
