I ran into a very minor bug. I boosted my prayer using the Edgeville monastery altar to have an additional 2 prayer points. However, when I levelled up my prayer skill, my prayer points reset to my skill level rather than remaining at the boosted level.
Specifically, I was at level 39 prayer. I boosted my points to 41/39 by praying at the monastery altar. Then I levelled my prayer to level 40 by burying a set of big bones, and when I did so, I lost the extra point and had 40/40 instead of 41/40.
