In eastern Canifis and also in the Slayer Tower by the Crawling Hands there is this NPC named Abidor Crank who appears multiple times stacked on each other as well as beside the stack.

This means there were a lot of players in canifis who shouldn't have been in canifis, and promptly got kicked out by Abidor. Not sure what they did to get him into a bugged state though.
