Tokkul not nearly as common as 1/1.83, and obsidian charms aren't even listed in their droptable.
Hoping and guessing as simple as this is, this is the right place to post it. -fingers crossed.-

It updated very recently, the drop table tool on the website automatically pulls the changes at a predefined rate, which is notably sometimes slower than would be desired
