Pretty pogging progress for the day
shoutout to the cheatclient Runelite for getting this. Also this optimal quest guide plugin is pretty pog:

Logged in, noticed someone tried the Fremennik fight, so I did that
No food, no dramen, only prayer, wasn't too bad, took awhile though
