[Issue Created] Suqah - Lunar Island

What did you do?

- travel for lunar spellbook,

What happened?

- found suqah, that not deal damage and only drop gold charms,

What did you expect to happen?

- with my robes that he drop me easy,

Are there any relevant item/npc IDs?

- Suqah ID: 4530,

Any screenshots/recordings?

- Image,

Have you reproduced it on the test server? If so, what are the steps?

- I can't devote that much time,



Suqah (Level-111):
Hitpoints: 100,
Max Hit: 10,
Drop Table can be taken from osrs wiki.

Yeah they should definitely be doing more damage than that. I'll create an issue for this, good find :D
