middle mouse plugin breaks when turning on hd

on loading the client the middle mouse plugin works, but it starts in low detail/small screen. when shifting to hd / bigger screen it completely doesn't work. Any ideas?

this is a known issue, and it's easy to fix at that.
in the meantime, just use the ::reloadplugins command to reload the plugins.
