Tradable buttons, but only the polished ones!

I have confirmed that only the polished buttons are suppose to be tradeable. I was here a year ago when the team had this discussion and changes were made.

They were originally tradable, and only made untradable because some genuine clowns got scammed thinking they were a rare item. I don't suspect any of our playerbase is actually stupid enough to fall for such a scam (neither do we care about scams on a rule level unless they involve exploiting a bug), nor do I believe there is any balancing benefit to keeping them untradable, so we made the decision to restore them to their original tradability state.
