Clean herb disappeared

What did you do?
Cleaned a grimy harralander
What happened?
Cleaned herb, herb got cleaned but I received a christmas present at the same time so the cleaned herb got replaced by the present.
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
To keep my herb instead of the present
Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)
