What did you do?
With lvl 50+ mining, attempted to mine the Rock slide on Ice Wolf Mountain, that's blocking entrance to Ice Queen's Lair. Selected 'Mine Rock slide' with pickaxe in inventory.
What happened?
Nothing.
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
To mine and pass the Rock slide.
Earliest found source of mining level on wiki is from late november 2009, but it shouldn't have been changed before this: https://runescape.wiki/w/Ice_Queen's_Lair?oldid=1959141.
Also, 'Investigate Rock slide' gives a "Nothing interesting happens." generic message. Unclear if this is intended.
Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)
Rock slide: Scenery id 2634.
Have you reproduced it on the test server? If so, what are the steps?
Only on single player server.

The only reason this place exists is to get ice gloves, which are only needed for quests that aren't implemented yet.
