What did you do?
After completing The Fremennik Trials, attempted to take the boat to Waterbirth Island by talking to Jarvald.
Took the boat back and forth twice.
What happened?
He responded as if you were still an outsider, requiring 1000 coin to take you.
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
That he would take me for free.
