What did you do?
Attempted to decant potions, by using the right-click option on Bob Barter at the GE. Tested inventory with 3-dose and 4-dose attack and strength potions.
What happened?
Every potion was deleted, no decanting.
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
The potions would be decanted into 4-dose potions and the left overs. Note that the decanting option from Zahur works fine.
Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)
Bob Barter ID: 6524.
Have you reproduced it on the test server? If so, what are the steps?
Only on single player server.

Can you provide the exact quantities of potions in the input inventory that result in an incorrect output inventory?
