[Singleplayer] How do i double login in SP?

While was catching some monkfishies had an idea creating hardcore ironman and play at the same time, but obviously running .bat says port in use already? So my question is - How do i run client twice?

You might be able to with the following
While you have SP open and running, download and run the multiplayer launcher and select the local server profile in the settings. This should make it connect to your local SP instance - if it's running.
