Unable to select HD Graphics. Running OpenJdk11
Like the title says. I'm on windows. Verified I'm using Java 11 but My client crashes shortly after I select HD.

I don't think there's any Windows ARM devices out in the wild. Still seems very strange.
OP can you get the crash logs by running the experimental client via the command line?
