What did you do?
Caught a full inventory of Dashing Kebbits, equipped draman staff
What happened?
Faulcon overwrote my draman staff, left the area and the falcon was returned, but did not have my draman staff
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
Either not allow me to equip my draman staff due to full inventory or should have to return the falcon first
Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)
I would believe this has to do with my inventory being full and equipping a weapon. My Draman Staff was deleted. ID 772

No, but I would assume you fill your inventory, equip a weapon.
Equipping draman staff in falconry area before leaving to return falcon results in item deletion
