[Singleplayer] Use Saradomin launcher on single player

Normally, single player uses the included client which lacks functionality. The Saradomin launcher is more flexible with a plugin system, but requires a few things to use in single player. Fundamentally, all we need to do is instead of run server + client, we run server + launcher. This guide assumes you're running Windows.
- If you haven't already, download and extract the single player folder: https://gitlab.com/2009scape/singleplayer/windows. Direct link: Link
- Download Saradomin launcher: https://gitlab.com/2009scape/Saradomin-Launcher. Direct link: Link
- Download the attached file. Extract it.
- Put Saradomin launcher (2009scape-launcher-sc.exe) and the extracted file (launch_saradomin.bat) in the single player folder. It should look like this:
- Run using launch_saradomin.bat. It's possible you need to run it as admin.
