What did you do?
Attacked guard at both gates, only guards at the gates have this glitch

What happened?
Animation bugged

What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
Correct animation

Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)

On default singleplayer server and on latest server build
