'perfect' gold ore from Brimhaven gold rocks

What did you do?
Mined gold at Brimhaven.
What happened?
Five of the gold rocks (starting from the bottom-right, it's the third, fourth, fifth, eighth and ninth) give 'perfect' gold ore, from the Family Crest quest.
What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
To get regular gold ore.
Are there any relevant item/npc IDs? (use ::debug command in chat)
[Scenery] ID: 2099 ('perfect' gold ore rock), [Scenery] ID: 452 (depleted 'perfect' gold ore rock), [Scenery] ID: 2098 (regular gold ore rock), [Scenery] ID: 450 (depleted regular gold ore rock), [Item] ID: 446 ('perfect' gold ore), [Item] ID: 444 (gold ore)
Any screenshots/recordings?
Have you reproduced it on the test server? If so, what are the steps?
Yes. The same rocks seem to always give perfect gold ore when mined.
