Question about controls

Is there a way to change the default keymapping in singleplayer? Specifically the function shortcuts for the inventory and prayer/magic tabs
Iirc someone was working on a plugin for that but I don't recall where that ended up.
As an alternative you can use a third party tool to map one key to another
