single player issue

Please remove all other versions of java and install Java 11.

Actually, after translating your error message for you, Windows can't find that file path. If you have special characters in the file path, you must move it somewhere else. The error is telling you the problem.

i did but now it somehow started the live online server

No, it didn't. 2009scape has server-side bots.
