Actually, after translating your error message for you, Windows can't find that file path. If you have special characters in the file path, you must move it somewhere else. The error is telling you the problem.

No, it didn't. 2009scape has server-side bots.

got it working now can i give my self owner right so i can spawn npc etc for fun
