client wont start.

Hello so i wanted to play again for a bit but i have trouble getting the client to lauch.
attempting to run it from the explorer dosent do anything it just fails silently so i tried runing the client from commandline it throws this

Failed to create CoreCLR, HRESULT: 0x80004005

i tried looking it up but nothing much came up it seems to be related to .net but idk im not a developer so i dont know much about this stuff.
the same error also appears in event viewer.
running windows 10 1809 ltsc with openjdk 11

most likely an issue with your .net install, though I'm not too sure. sounds like you've got something corrupted somewhere on your machine

possibly the repair thingy from MS did nothing :/ running sfc now ill let you know if i manage to fix it.
EDIT: sfc and dism also didnt find anything.
