Hi guys

all accounts that are created have GM privileges, I tried to change the privileges in database but it doesn't seem to work. How do I create regular accounts?

Currently you cannot, as all accounts are JMods by default (GM is a WoW term, this is RuneScape.)
It was a mistake in a recent change that made singleplayer simpler to run, however, and is planned to be fixed in the next update.
