Single player Grand exchange
can I make my single player GE as to always have offers of an item? the bots dont seem to be offering almost anything and I for example just want to buy a staff of air but there is no offer to sell one.

In order for offers to exist to sell things on the GE, some player has to have gathered that item and put up a sell offer for it. In the case of SP, this would be bots. Therefor, if what you want isn't being supplied by the bots, your only option is to spawn items in the GE whenever you want them, which is what the i_want_to_cheat option does, because you are just cheating.
