Suggestion - Add phpBB "Thanks for posts" Extension

It adds "Like"-like functionality to phpBB. I believe it's what Rune-server uses as well.

this gets pretty close while also providing "likes"
if this is something people really want I might add this one instead.

The button seemed to work, but came up saying "Invalid thank".
