Hey all,
Was just wondering if anybody has had any issues with viewing skill guides? Anytime I click on any of the combat skills I'm met with "You can only spawn items in Edgeville Bank" and "You must be inside Edgeville Bank to set levels", and when clicking on a non combat skill I see "You cannot set a target level for this skill".
Any advice appreciated!

Is this on the live multiplayer server? I have seen one instance of this recently and it was on singleplayer, resolved by the user re-downloading and transferring their player save file

You've modified your config and caused this issue by enabling the pvp world config.
Please note that changing any config value whatsoever is at your own risk, and you should verify an issue occurs in the DEFAULT config before asking for help. Changing a config, and then things changing in the game, is the naturally expected result.
