Menu items are blank when teleporting while getting event teleported

What did you do?
While in a Lumbridge Home Teleport animation, the Drill Demon random event character was triggered. This lead to the event character teleport the character to the event location and then teleport out to Lumbridge since I did not interrupt the teleport myself.

What happened?
This causes the menu bar to be blank and not interactable while being able to walk around in the world. The game still lets you log off and on, and doing so fixes back the UI.

I don't know if this would be for any random event with teleporting, but I would assume so from the actions.

Seems very unlikely to occur, also workaround by logging out and logging back in (although am not sure if that event would happen again?)

What did you expect to happen? (Provide a source from runescape wiki/youtube/etc if possible)
Just suggestions otherwise there is a workaround.
Either the teleport back to Lumbridge and have the menu bar not be blank.
or
Cancel the Lumbridge teleport similar to an attack cancelling teleports to towns.

Steps to reproduce:
- Use Lumbridge Home Teleport
- Trigger the Drill Demon random event
- Get teleported to the Drill Demon location while mid-teleport to Lumbride
- Don't cancel Lumbridge Home Teleport

Have you reproduced it on the test server? If so, what are the steps?
