Allow us to add Karambwan poison to spears (and hastas)

This was added with the quest Tai Bwo Wannai Trio.
Currently in 2009scape, the paste can be created by using a pestle and mortar with a poisoned karambwan (correctly implemented), but just cannot be applied to the weapon to make the finished product. The finished products exist in the game, just cannot be created from scratch.
