Someone can feel free to go over my head with this if they want, but I can't find any evidence that this is a restriction placed on ironman accounts. However, I can find evidence (albeit of questionable source) that ironman accounts can light other people's logs (at least in a relatively early year of ironman mode existing): https://www.reddit.com/r/2007scape/comm ... onman_psa/
