I play singleplayer and I wonder what does GE Auto Buy and Sell mean in the launcher settings?
Also, how does the GE generally work in SIngleplayer? I assume I need to let bots do the job and put stuff on GE which I can buy and over time the stock will increase?
If I want to sell stuff, how would that work with bots?

Bots don't buy anything at all by default, because they don't have any real gold, because they aren't real players, so it equates to just dropping your item and spawning GP.
The auto-buy/auto-sell feature causes the GE to automatically buy anything at whatever price you want and automatically sell anything at whatever price you want.
It was added due to an incessant amount of complaining from the SP community from people who don't understand how an economy works, so I gave them exactly what they were asking for. It's considered cheating because it's basically just spawning items.
