[GrindItemPlugin] - Bug while creating ground fishing bait

Issue: The plugin remove from the inventory the fishing bait (313) regardless of its quantity, and add only 1 ground fishing bait (12129).
Possible solution: Use charges as quantity for removing + lock grind to maximum 10 pieces of bait at once.
