Bugged black guard near Edge Monastery

It spawns between those two fences on the incline, when you fight it, it doesn't seem nearly as strong as the other black guards, and its model stretches out and contorts during combat, and its examine is the placeholder "It's a Black Guard" as opposed to the regular Black Guards around it with "A member of the Black Guard"

If you enable ::debug in chat and examine the NPC it should tell you the ID, this will help a lot in narrowing it down. Thanks
