Since we don't have the equivalent of Jagex's messaging center, and we also believe transparent moderation is important, this thread will serve as a log of all the bans we issue for the live server, and their reasoning + duration. If you believe one of your accounts has been banned, you should check here, because if it has we'll post the reason and duration for your information.

Description: After 30 minutes of investigation, it was confirmed that this user was using automation tools, potentially even a full fledged bot.

Username: SZUMASTER (all accounts)
Duration: 2 weeks
Reason: Bug Exploits
Description: caught szu exploiting a bug to high-alch at rates that are supposed to be impossible. this is szu's 2nd strike. Next time will be permanent.

UPDATE: Ban appealed, revised ban follows:
Duration: 12 hours starting now.
Reason: Bug Exploits
Description: Szu was caught unknowingly exploiting a high alchemy bug, and this ban is merely for the amount of time he has done it. After talking to szu about it privately, it became very apparent that szu had no idea there was even a bug at all. Additionally, I admit that the bug was somewhat subtle and not immediately apparent from the player's perspective. In light of this, I have reduced Szu's ban, but I have imposed the following conditions which Szu has agreed to:

• If you think something isn't right, possibly a bug, or too easy, you report it directly to me before you continue doing it
• If I find out that you've done something that counts as bug exploits, but I'm 100% confident you didn't know, you will get a rollback.
• If I find out that you intentionally exploited a bug again, your ban will be permanent.

Reason: Item Duplication (Major) - Sums exceeding 500M, Toxic Behavior (Major), Failure to Confess (Major), Bug Exploits (Major), Failing to report exploitable bugs with intent to abuse (Major)
Description: After a detailed multi-hour investigation that involves bisecting player save backups that reach as far back as August of 2020, it has been determined that this player leveraged item duplication bugs, and general undesirable behavior to gain an economic advantage over others, and has continued to play on and off for years and failed to confess, surrender items, or apologize for toxic behavior.

Details of Confirmed Incidents:
- Player duplicated 300M gold between the 5th and 6th of October, 2020, as well as stacks containing tens of thousands of resources.
- Player failed to disclose or report the bug that allowed for said duplication. (Said bug was found and fixed independently in December of 2020)
- Player abused the trust of a friend and stole hundreds of millions of gold worth of items off of their account
- Player abused the trust of a friend and dropped/destroyed all of their untradeable items, leading to dozens of hours worth of damage.
- Player used said abuse of trust to acquire special items which were gifted to the victim by staff.
- Player has engaged in dishonest or toxic behavior with other users in the past

As stated above, this ban cannot be appealed. The evidence is entirely undeniable. Such evidence can be made public if the claims are believed to be questionable. The account is additionally entirely forfeit due the presence of illegitimate items.
