I entered the room with Chronozon but was being attacked by the aggressive spiders in the area, so I walked out just to the corridor in an attempt to get the spider stuck on something else so I could fight the boss, and when I left the room Chronozon disappeared. When I entered the room again he was still gone, which renders the quest incompleteable. I tried talking to the NPC that advances the quest to this stage to see if I could potentially reset it but that didn't work. I asked in clan chat if I could do anything about it and was told that the only thing I could do was get someone to spawn the crest in my inventory or advance the quest stage artificially. I'm aware that this is a known issue but I figured I'd make a post here and ask for help. Thanks.

Another way this has been fixed is wait for the server to reset (0000UTC I think) and try again. That's how others (https://gitlab.com/2009scape/2009scape/-/issues/1809) have worked around it. There is a fix in the pipeline right now too awaiting testing (https://gitlab.com/2009scape/2009scape/ ... uests/1782).

Oh, I was unaware of that. I guess I'll try again after the server reset and see if I can do it then. Thanks for the reply, and for the work you've personally done to fix this issue.
